Customers |
The Customer database keeps track of all your customer information. Each customer can have multiple vehicles and service schedules. In addition to adding common information, adding their VIN numbers enables you to easily research vehicle data and recalls with a single click.
Any recall data found can easily be emailed to the customer. |

Inventory |
|
|
Inventory items can be added and categorized by Stock, Supplies and Tools. Inventory is automatically adjusted when entering service records and when parts are used from the inventory.
The Inventory database has the ability to check one or multiple sites when shopping for parts
online with one click; eliminating the need to visit multiple sites and typing in part numbers manually.
Inventory items you want to locally shop for can be added to a "Shopping List" that can be sent to your mobile device via email with one click.
Double clicking an item brings up a "Where Used' window showing you what vehicles the item has been used on.

Service |
|
By selecting the customer and vehicle, you can capture key information about the service. You can also add line items such as parts and labor. Items added from the Inventory selection will automatically adjust inventory levels.
Attachments of files or pictures can also be made to each service entry as well as seeing a snapshot of service statuses (oil changes, air filters..etc.)
Service history is readily available making review of previous services quick.
Specific service details and complete service history can be emailed to your customer.
Included is a "To-Do" list for each customer to keep track of jobs you need to get done later. An automatic link to YouTube is created for the To-Do item helping you research the job.

Invoicing |
|
The Invoicing feature is a simple ledger keeping track of balances due. Here, you can email the invoice to the customer or print. This feature can be turned off if not needed.
Payment notes can also be added for each repair record.
All service records, invoicing and history can be emailed creating a paperless experience. |

Scheduling |
|
The Scheduling tool provides a quick and simple way to schedule future work. Customers can easily be emailed an appointment reminder as well.
Scheduling is also where you maintain service intervals for customer vehicles. |

A straight forward and simple contact database for Customers, Vendors and Employees. When new customers are added, they are automatically added to the Contact database.

Dashboard |

The Dashboard page displays a simple snapshot of key data including:

Timer - A built in timer to time services, cure times or anything you need to time.
Shopping List - A simple form to quickly add items to your shopping list. Then email the list to your phone as you leave to pick up supplies.
To-Do List - Part of the Service screen, this keeps track of to-do items for specific vehicles. A YouTube link is generated for quick online tutorials.
On Screen Keyboard - Use this as an alternative to your keyboard if desired.
Where Used - Use this feature to view what vehicles inventory items have been used on.
MyLinks - Use this feature to create "Favorite" links to websites or programs within VinfoGarage. |
